Another dealership kept my Pathfinder all day and could not locate the problem. I called Chuck Beck at Jenkins Nissan in Leesburg, Fl and he made an appointment for Friday 8/21/2020. We arrived for our 10 not locate the problem. I called Chuck Beck at Jenkins Nissan in Leesburg, Fl and he made an appointment for Friday 8/21/2020. We arrived for our 10 AM appointment and was greeted by Service Advisor Ronnie Carter. From that point on First Class Service. I also met Chuck Beck who I originally spoke with to make the appointment. Same warm welcome. Ronnie diagnosed the problem, told me the repair time to repair. Told me the cost. Told me about a oil change problem. At about 1-1:30 we headed home. Excellent Service Department and Excellent People. More
