From the very start of my experience with Jerry Perberg and Jennings Chevrolet I was put at ease and taken very good care. I was in quite the state, needed to trade in my old car and get a newer one of the and Jennings Chevrolet I was put at ease and taken very good care. I was in quite the state, needed to trade in my old car and get a newer one of the same model. I purchased a Honda Element and as luck with have they had one. I need the car, as I own and operate a dog walking business and the Element is the perfect vehicle for me. My situation was , at least to me, a bit unusual and difficult but not to Jerry and the folks at Jennings. They walked us through every step and every turn with ease and professionalism. It had been a long day of dealing with banks , creditors and even my ex wife; through out all of this Jerry simply smiled and worked his magic and I left with my new Honda and a sense of peace that my business would continue without missing a beat. I am indebted to these fine folks from Jerry to Davis to Rick and to Jim for all their wonderful efforts. Jennings Chevrolet and Volkswagen in Glenview has friendly and honest employees. The salesman that helped me was Jerry Perberg. He was friendly, straight forward, and honest. Finally, I would like to add that I had forgotten my garage door opener in my car that I had traded in. From the moment I walked into the dealership Jerry made me feel at ease. Unlike several of the other salesman I spoke to at other dealerships, Jerry didn't make me feel pressured at all. Jerry served as a facilitator of my purchase as opposed to a pusher of a product-- it was a welcome change in experience and expectations. After agreeing on the price and purchase, I spoke with the dealership's finance representative, Bob DiCiccio. I have a low credit score, and at other dealerships finance reps have been brisk and quick to make me feel like a 2nd tier customer. Bob's understanding and eagerness to work with me and make me feel comfortable was yet another welcome experience. Overall the staff at Jennings appears both competent and kind, and in no way out to push, pressure or hassle potential customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and these sales/ finance reps in particular. More

My husband found our car at Jennings Chevy. He worked with Fuad, who was friendly and accommodating. The process of purchasing our vehicle was an easy one.
