Upon submitting a request for information on-line, I was and found that Jennings Chevrolet near Chicago had the best price for low-mileage vehicles. Upon submitting a request for information on-line, I was soon contacted by Abu Badar. He was very friendly and met us in person at the dealership after discussing the vehicle details over the phone. Abu provided all of the help needed to secure a great vehicle at a good price and in a timely manner. He then also set-up blue-tooth before we drove off the lot. Some of the places I emailed gave me the impression that they really didn't want to deal with me if I couldn't go in and talk with them in person. I did not get that impression from Jennings at all. Jerry was able to answer all of my questions I had by email before I drove down to test drive the car. And unlike the other places I had already been to, I did not feel any pressure from Jerry to buy the car. Jerry also worked with me to get me what I feel was a great deal on my Jetta! He was very easy to work with and patient with answering any and all questions! Glen was the finance guy I worked with. He was very helpful with the questions I had regaurding the loan and he was able to get me a better financing deal than the one I already had. He also seemed to really like what he did, which made him easy to work with. All in all I am very happy about my decision to by from Jennings! More

At the end of the day being treated like an adult, honestly, courteously and respectfully, does more to win me over than will the lowest price on the block. Actually we were not totally sure of the car we wanted, being a Mercedes on their used Chevy/VW lot. They offered to let us take it to a dealership or to our own mechanic to check out. No trying to convince us with baloney; we self-sold. Plus our daughter had been having her car serviced at the VW shop and was always treated right. No dickering on the trade in either - but they did come up a bit to help make the deal, and did agree to take care of some visually bothersome things. All in all a pretty seamless and honorable experience. More
