Hi the service crew has changed their hospitality policy I believe, no one comes out when u pull up for service if the lobby is empty and ask what your here for and then after your service the company add a I believe, no one comes out when u pull up for service if the lobby is empty and ask what your here for and then after your service the company add a fee of $6 and calls it a technology fee and when asked what’s it for the employee says it too keep the WiFi and cable service going? So u charge all your customers a that they don’t use on a daily basis and it doesn’t benefit them at all. So I will take my business somewhere else. More

There were a few little things I didn't appreciate during my buying experience but nothing that would keep me from coming back. First off, I found out a month after my purchase that my car never had an inspe my buying experience but nothing that would keep me from coming back. First off, I found out a month after my purchase that my car never had an inspection done before me buying it. Which meant when I went in for my complimentary oil change I was informed I also needed brakes, rotors, windshield wipers and cabin filter. They did make it right but just kind of annoying ya know? Like my trust went out the window a bit in the sense that great car and deal I got maybe wasn't so great. Like I said they made it right and I really appreciated it, just grateful it was nothing more and they checked everything out for me. More
