Regarding the diagnosis of the 12v battery issue, we followed the proper testing procedures to ensure the battery was functioning as it should. In some cases, additional equipment, like your radio setup, can cause complications with electrical systems, which is why we requested its removal to eliminate any potential variables. We always strive to be thorough in our assessments to ensure we find the root cause of any issue. We do regret that our diagnosis led to this misunderstanding, and we completely respect your decision to replace the battery elsewhere. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the wait for a replacement battery. We understand that time is valuable, and delays like this are not ideal.
