Was referred to the dealership by a experwho had recently purchased a Grand Wagoneer. I ended up purchasing a used Ford Bronco. In general, the experience leading up to the final stage (i.e. signing paperwork) was above average when compared to my past experiences purchasing vehicles. I would have given 4 stars if it were not for the horrendous customer service experienced at the hands of Steven Heard. This person insulted me as a customer and used an aggressive tone with me after I politely declined warranty programs (especially since the car I purchased is still under factory warranty). Steven became so visibly distraught and presented aggressive posture and tone in his voice and calling me rude before papers were signed. I was thinking about walking away from the deal just because of his demeanor. This guy is unprofessional and does not have an ounce of customer service related vision in his grasp. He did not even offer a hand-shake or a thank you for doing business after papers were signed. I was completely speechless with his attitude. Because of this, I am not inclined to recommend any of my other friends to purchase vehicles if Steven is involved. During this experience, I texted my friend who referred me to your dealership and shared my story. His exact response was "....is it Steven Heard?...I didnt like him). I hope the dealership addresses customer concerns like this and not have others experience what two recent customers have experienced. More
