We made clear to David that we did not want any of the added warrantees and he assured us they were not included in the price. However, the "financial leader" added more than $7500 of additional items wh added warrantees and he assured us they were not included in the price. However, the "financial leader" added more than $7500 of additional items which we were not aware of until the following day when we reviewed the paperwork. These charges were subsequently removed, but we are told it will take 8 weeks to get our money back. This may be standard practice in the industry, but Jerry Ulm has lost us as a customer. We will not be back. More
