Elias the service representative was awesome. However, I paid for a rental on warranty work. When I returned to pick up my Jeep it took over 50 minutes for them to find it and bring it up. This does not seem to be a customer first service center. The impression I received is they are disorganized and not on top of things. I will continue to drive further to Clearwater and go to Fitzgerald Jeep. More
