He will not respond to texts, calls, voicemails or emails. He will not follow up on concerns I had with my vehicle when leaving the dealership. Kept trying to charge me for diagnostics after the initial diagnosis. Seems like the techs did not know what they were doing. Changed radiator then had a problem with something else that should have b initial diagnosis. Seems like the techs did not know what they were doing. Expensive. Seems 6 cylinder Wrangler has history of lift PROBLEMS. You would think it would be under a recall or warranty. Made me spend $5,000 to fix !!
