I ordered a new 2022 Ram 1500 Limited from the Ram website. After I was done building it on the site, it gives you the “sticker price”. I took this information and provided it to several Dodge deale website. After I was done building it on the site, it gives you the “sticker price”. I took this information and provided it to several Dodge dealers throughout Florida. One claimed to be the biggest Dodge dealer in Florida. He like many dealers claimed they will never be beat. But they were. Most dealers told me they would charge me the sticker price plus all their add-ons. A couple noted they would sell it to me for a few thousand off the list price and gave me a decent price. But Jerry Ulm Dodge told me they wanted my business and gave me a more competitive price. Another dealer up in New Port Richey, FL told me that Jerry Ulm Dodge would never honor the price and I should save the headaches and simply buy from them (sticker price plus markups). Since I’ve never heard anything good about that dealer, I decided not to listen to them. When the day came and the truck showed up, I was a bit apprehensive as to what games or excuses I would hear once I got there. Bottom line, it was a great experience. The sales person (Sebastian) kept me updated and was very responsive to my questions. He did an excellent job communicating with me before, during, and after. However, my real concern as I drove there was dealing with the Finance person. They are typically the high-pressure person with the excuses and games. I was met by Azam who invited me back to his office to close the deal. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that he honored their price (even though he showed me the paperwork where the truck price went up since I ordered it online). He educated me on various options (financing and warranties). Being that I am 60 years old, I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years for myself, wife, and kids. This was by far the best experience I have had (that is saying a lot). I highly recommend Jerry Ulm Dodge when it comes to buying a new car. A++ experience. More

Absolutely horrible, was lied to about everything, had added on fees, $1000 delivery fee for buying it there on site.
