Wassim was great regarding sales. Sebastian did not quite take the time fort to understand my issue regarding me requesting to pay extra for a better quality truck higher than the B Sebastian did not quite take the time fort to understand my issue regarding me requesting to pay extra for a better quality truck higher than the BigHorn when stated by me that I would pay extra. I was told that I had to stay in he Bighorn class model in order to exchange the vehicle since the first one sold had manufacture issues with the steering and alignment (verified by Russell -Master Technician of Jerry Ulm Doge Tampa). I will never shop at Jerry Ilm again nor recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced there or purchase new or used from this dealer. I have contacted the better business bureau (BBB) and had to hire an attorney due to them (Azam - finance manager and Jayson T - Sales Manager) withholding my cash deposit even after return both brand new Dodge Rams due to manufacture issues with the steering and alignment in addition to attempting to keep my trade in and license plate. Horrible experience, they handed things like a used car dealer from the backwoods of Georgia. More

Was seated in a office waited again not knowing what or who I was waiting for. We did the financials and when completed walked to reception area shook hands with finance manager and parted ways. No clue what was next lots of ppl around looked busy I had a seat a hour passed, was asked if I’d been helped,I said yes. Waited 20 minutes when the first gentleman walked by and said “hey bud I thought you left already”and continue on. 20 minutes passed when he walked by again he asked if I needed anything I wasn’t sure what I was waiting for. He said hold on he came right back and said your all set.I headed to parking lot another gent said “ I’ll be right back I’ll go get your gas. 20 minutes later he returned. 4 hours later after only 25 total minutes of salesperson interactions I finally was able to leave. This transaction should of had less wait more do and more explanation. More
