Jerry Ulm Dodge RAM is great until they get your money. I have made 3 service appointments. Every time I come in, when scheduled, they say no appointment was ever made. So a simple oil change takes all day I have made 3 service appointments. Every time I come in, when scheduled, they say no appointment was ever made. So a simple oil change takes all day. If your job is to answer the service phone and make appointments, how hard is it to put it into the computer. Service manager makes excuses and never says I am sorry. Jerry Ulm has built a Taj Mahal, and keeps a horrific service crew on the staff. I will never purchase another RAM product ever. Sales team is great. They do their job and get your money. Service does nothing to ensure you stay happy. More
