I just want to say that Colby is an asset and a good person for the way he has handled the whole situation. From getting me a good deal on the truck to helping me out when the radiator blew when i came person for the way he has handled the whole situation. As of right now he is there ONLY reason I am not giving you back this truck and I am willing to keep it even after thew radiator exploded in my driveway and stained my driveway red. Malik the salesman was excellent. I had issues with Robert in F&I and he walked out on the deal because I would not accept a warranty and other reasons. Robert made a mistake on my interest rate and my gross income and the Credit Union rejected the deal as was sent. Fortunately Youssef Chafik took over in F&I and we completed the deal. Youssef completed with my pre approval draft from the Credit Union and the Credit Union will complete the contract with me. More
