He ran a red light. Be careful in Tampa Bay. Horrible traffic. Back to: Jacob explained everything and took his time with me. Being an older (72) person he could have sloughed me off but didn't. Am pretty happy with my used Toyota 2016 but still miss my Nissan Xterra, 2011 that I actually purchased from Jerry Ulm in April 2013. Taking it in for detailing this week. No paperwork completed in timely manner. I made appt to turn in leases vehicle to then purchase it. I was at dealership for 6 hours. In that time, the vehicle was not taken to service to even I made appt to turn in leases vehicle to then purchase it. I was at dealership for 6 hours. In that time, the vehicle was not taken to service to even just have deadly recall of fuel line to close to heated part of engine examined. And to order part. I told them Jeep dealership in Utah had completed all THREE RECALLS On this car. Clearing 2 of them. I explained driving through mountains with engine torquing, I could smell an odd smell from engine in cabin of car. Utah has said he vehicle absolutely needed the part replaced. In let Jerry Ulm Jeep know this when making appt to return my lease a week early. ‘We will examine during the lease to purchase day on July 16, 2019. The lease ends July 22, 2019. Car was never moved. Just sat for six hours. I was under impression while I was doing paperwork at dealership and paying and signing for purchase that car engine recall was Being examined and that they would at least wash the vehicle. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I’ve never seen so many lazy men in my life. I ask about title and registration. ‘We have to handle that part’. Never heard that before. My birthday month is August. New registration due. On my bill of sale, After two week of me calling, I noticed a charge for $185 for their staff to do title and registration. By law they are required, at no charge, to change title over. And I wanted to do my own registration. Go to DMV- to ensure it was registered before the end of August. Then, every other day ally lease calls me - ‘please Turn in vehicle’. ‘ I did. A few days ago. Jerry ulm Jeep, they didn’t notify you?’ Nope. 2 weeks of phone calls. I called, angrily, and said I was going to seek consul. No examination of deadly recall. No notify that I turned leased vehicle in a week early to a Jeep dealership and the phone calls I was receiving every other day for Ally about - turn in your lease. What was the point of doing it a week early for Jerry ulm staff to not do one thing legally required. It took 3 phone calls in one day, after many days prior and being assured it was taken care of. When the next call came in, I had to stop practicing dentistry for the day and go to private place to have a stern discussion with Manager of Jerry Ulm dodge stating the next person they would see was a process Server thanks to my sister, Attorney at Law. Two days later I call Ally Lease to inquire if lease was noted as returned. Yes. Three weeks late. After noted charge of $185 for ‘their service to title and register my car’ which I can do for free, I am told ‘It May take 6 weeks to get it’. It is now first week of August - expiration of registration is August 31. Six week puts my into illegal status of driving an unregistered vehicle. I have never not registered m own car and walked out with new sticker and registration - But to be charged for this without telling me on the bill of sale - R E A L L Y ??!!? How greeting are you people. Deadly inspection, promised would be done at my appt July 16, 2019 Not contacting Ally lease AT ALL TO STATE VEHICLE IN THEIR POSSESSION. NOT INFORMING ME OF ‘THEM’ registering the car. I would have said absolutely not, it is too late to wait for this dealership who had already dropped the ball on all legally required items. I have my attorney sending them a letter of representation in the matter of Jeep lease return and lack of their legal obligations to notify Title holder. Nondisclosure Of charging me for registering the vehicle. Stating 6 weeks turn around time - unacceptable because it expires in 3 weeks when I called and asked status, it was implied the new registration process not started. And six weeks- again I advised I don’t have six weeks. Silence on other end. They do this ‘work’ every day. They DID NOT CALL TO RELEASE ME OF LEASE THEY DID NOT DO INSPECTION AS PROMISED WHILE VEHICLE SAT FOR SIX HOURS. THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT $185 CHARGE FOR REGISTRATION THAT WILL BE LATE. THEY WILL HAVE A LETTER FROM AN ATTORNEY. AND THEY CAN DEAL WITH HER. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS WAS MY THIRD JEEP PURCHASE WITH THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER GO BACK THEIR, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JEEP BECAUSE OF ALL THE DEADLY RECALLS ON ON MODELS OF JEEPS AT THIS TIME. More
