From start to finish- experience was GREAT! I searched and searched for the right Jeep Wrangler and found it at Jerry Ulm! A goof friend recommended Jerry Ulm since he purchased a Jeep Wrangler form them a few years ago and had a great experience. From the moment I stepped on the lot and was greeted by the Salesman- Goldie Davenport, everything went very smoothly. Goldie listened to what I was looking for and took me to the vehicles that matched my needs. Goldie was able to explain all the answers to my questions about the vehicles and took me for a drive in the Jeep I ultimately purchased. Since I live in Orlando, I had to correspond the final details of the sale from a far, but each communication I sent was answered quickly and clearly. I asked for a couple of upgrades and discounts, which they were able to accommodate them all. Goldie had my new Jeep all ready to go, on the day I was to pick up and purchase the vehicle. All along, Goldie and the General Sales manager and finance guys were all very kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!
