Bad experience with the prices listed online versus what they actually are. Sales guy told me price online applied to me and when I get there they jack the price a few thousand as the price online is not fo they actually are. Sales guy told me price online applied to me and when I get there they jack the price a few thousand as the price online is not for everyone and sales manager refused to honor that. The pre-approval process is also a joke and isn’t even close to the real trade in price they offer you. I’ve purchased several vehicles in the past from this dealership but this may be the last time I ever do that again. They force you to buy addons that you don’t want and tell you there is no other choice but to buy it or you can’t get the vehicle. Just a poor experience overall. More
