I was informed that my loan was going the one credit union and then found out it did not and wasn’t informed about it. I also was giving in correct information at the dealership and they did not follow union and then found out it did not and wasn’t informed about it. My overall experience was good. However after I arrive to my home which is over 50 miles from the dealership I notice some crucial items that would usually be included in the purcha However after I arrive to my home which is over 50 miles from the dealership I notice some crucial items that would usually be included in the purchase of this vehicle were not with the vehicle. (Second Key Fob, Owners manual. Tool Kit for removing the top & doors, Storage Tote Bag for the Freedom Panels) When I reached out to my sales rep his comment to me put me off quite a bit. He responded to me that these items were not with the vehicle when they took it in so they would not be provided to me. I can do without the Owners Manual since these things can be looked up on line, but the other items should have been provided in the vehicle since I cannot remove the top & doors without the tools, and the Tote Storage Bag for the Freedom Panels to protect them from being damaged when removed.
