I had by far the worst experience of my life at this location yesterday. My car is in the shop for service in which I had just purchased my vehicle 2 months ago. So that made my so mad. But what set eve location yesterday. My car is in the shop for service in which I had just purchased my vehicle 2 months ago. So that made my so mad. But what set everything off is that I called to talk to the person who sold me the car. So I call and talk to the receptionist and asked her to transfer me to my salesperson so she does. The connection was kind of bad. He sounded really muffled on the phone. So I said I am having trouble hearing you. So he hung up so I called back and same thing and there was a lot of noise in the background. So I called back for the third time and once again not good reception so I asked can you hear me, so the reception got a little better and I said who am I speaking with. In which then the person who sold me my car then replied YOUR MOTHER!!!! I have never been so mad in my life that a place where I spent so much money to buy a car to have someone say YOUR MOTHER!!! when I asked who am I speaking with. Then when I asked him if he said that he said yes. If this is how you handle customer service at this location. Then I will never be back at this location ever again. I will take my business to another chevrolet location. I will never recommend this location to anyone ever again. More

Do they not check your tire pressure while completing a 30 K mi. Maintenance? My PSI reading was at 17 when I hit the expressway to go to work this evening. AFTER having my tires checked and being quotes a 30 K mi. Maintenance? My PSI reading was at 17 when I hit the expressway to go to work this evening.
