This next part has nothing to do with our experience with Mario, but we feel it's appropriate to bring up one issue we had with our experience. Jessup Auto Plaza has an area of opportunity when it comes to the payment process for down payments. Due to faulty machinery, or possible fibs told by Art in finance, we were not allowed to use our debit card to make our down payment. Not only was this an inconvenience for our purchase, but it also meant we were charged a fee for using a credit card. We did not want to use a credit card for this purchase, nor do we think we should have been responsible for Jessup's faulty technology. The process and "errors" did seem like a bit of a scam. Definitely not acceptable for the type of purchase that is buying a car. More
