My husband and I both really liked the Escalade but were technically just looking for a decent family car, nothing too fancy nor too basic (we have 2 little boys). But once we entered Jessup and were guided by Gary, we fell in love with the Platinum model. Gary made us feel like we could take that fully loaded platinum Escalade! And technically we could have, but was not reasonable for us, ha! Gary asked what our wants and needs were and assured us that he would get us the Escalade we wanted within our budget. After a few messages back and forth, Gary was able to exceed our wants and needs! We signed within 24hrs and drove our vehicle home. On our way home, I heard an odd sound coming from the dashboard. I sent the video to Gary and he had my vehicle picked up first thing in the morning at our home and swapped with another Escalade. He then proceeded to get my windows tinted while back at the dealer and personally delivered it to our home 25 miles away! I mean, this guy went out of his way to give us the best experience possible. The sound was not there anymore by the time they picked it up but still took it in to make sure I was happy- thank you!! We had gone to 1 Cadillac dealer prior and were not treated anything near this way. We probably would have not purchased an Escalade. It definitely was Gary’s very easygoing, confident and friendly demeanor that got us to feel comfortable enough to run our credits (which we take very serious). One of the most amazing car buying experiences of my life I'm 50 and purchased many cars in my lifetime. He gave me direct and honest advise...enough to have me jump on a plane (I live 9 hours North of Cathedral City) to come and see the Cadillac ATS Coupe. Everything he told me about the car, over the phone, was spot on. I currently own a 2016 BMW 428i coupe. Gary had enough knowledge to tell me exactly how they would compare and the Cadillac is everything and more he said it would be!
