Recently my Buick needed service while awaiting scheduled body shop maintenance and Ruben Guzman worked with Sherry to insure that the service needs were met as they coordinated both needs to minimize the time the Buick was out of service which was well appreciated. Easy, straightforward deal, no BS I wasn't actually in the market for a new car, but they had one on their website with the exact options and colors that I had wanted with a HUGE disco I wasn't actually in the market for a new car, but they had one on their website with the exact options and colors that I had wanted with a HUGE discount, so I stopped in to see it. The salesman Michael Heinze was not pushy, got the car out for me and made the deal. Since I wasn't really in the market for a car, I took my time and he never walked away uninterested, but he also did not hover. I would return again. BTW, I bought a GMC, not a Buick, but GMC wasn't an option here. More
