Tony is great. The car had been serviced just days before I got a notice that they had not asked me to make a repair that was needed. I brought the car back in and The car had been serviced just days before I got a notice that they had not asked me to make a repair that was needed. I brought the car back in and the service was complimentary by you management department which was very nice. However, while they had the car for that additional service they found I needed a new battery. I simply can’t understand why this was not discovered when I brought it in the first time for its 50k service. Oh well. Still love Jessup! More

I had to literally show up in person to force a reply from the service staff. What is the point of having an email, phone, and text number when all are ignored. I did not enjoy needing to get on a bus fo from the service staff. What is the point of having an email, phone, and text number when all are ignored. I did not enjoy needing to get on a bus for 40 minutes when anyone from Jessup could have replied to my messages and calls to indicate my vehicle required additional time to repair. Furthermore I haven't been reimbursed for the fuel I purchased for the loaner vehicle. More
