Good price, flexible negotiations, attentive salesman. I Did a lot of research for a used Hybrid Sonata, found a good price at this dealership. Went in early on a Saturday morning and Karim met us outside I Did a lot of research for a used Hybrid Sonata, found a good price at this dealership. Went in early on a Saturday morning and Karim met us outside and was very friendly and Informative, answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable about the car. Test drive went well, and I decided I wanted to buy and finance with them. When they brought out the offer sheet, there was an unexpected and unlisted dealer prep fee of $895. I balked at this surprise and asked them to waive it, since it was not advertised on the website and pushed the price outside of my preferred price range. Karim plead my case with the manager and they agreed to waive the fee. I agreed to the sale and am happy with the purchase. Karim was also very concerned about my comfort and frequently offered me Coffee and tea. Whole process took over 3 hours, which was a little annoying, but the car was locked in Ice from a recent snow storm and deep freeze, which delayed the test drive 45 minutes, and I had forgotten I locked my Credit score, and had to quickly unlock online with credit bureaus. It was on par with other good car buying experiences I have had. Only recommendations I would have is list delaer prep fee online and streamline the finance process(even if some of the delay was my fault). More
