Bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado in January 2022. I keep up with all the PM, so my truck stays on the road. I brought my truck in around 61,000 miles to have the transmission serviced. I now have roughly 66,000 miles and the transmission started slipping. I took it in and they said the transmission needed to be replaced. I asked about warranty and was told over at 60,000 miles. They said the fluid was "burnt up'. I said you just serviced it at roughly 5,000 miles ago. They said "oh well". I'm in the service business myself and I work with my customers based on situations like this all the time. They never offered any type of discount etc. since they just serviced it. I have never seen a transmission on anything go out at 66,000 miles, especially after it was just serviced at this dealership. Who knows maybe they didn't service it correctly and that's why it failed, but I willl never find that out, if it happened. No more GM or Butler!! More
