Took my vehicle a 2020 silverado to have 3 door actuators replaced and a blower motor replaced. That right there is a little ridiculous that all that had to be replaced on a 3 year old truck. But....They had it a week and when I got it back, a bolt fell out of the front door. The back door wouldn't open. There were gaps between the handles and the doors and there was grease all over the door. Was told it would be worked on first thing the next morning. Didnt get a call until late afternoon the next day and was told they had to get a part for it. It would be ready the following day. They did detail the truck for me but that doesn't make the poor workmanship acceptable. Not the first time I've had issues with getting my vehicle repaired at this location. More
