The one-star rating is not so much about the dealership as it is about their financing process. I have a minimum of 830 credit score and only needed to finance 19K. I know that GM does provide financing, s as it is about their financing process. I have a minimum of 830 credit score and only needed to finance 19K. I know that GM does provide financing, so I was very surprised to have the financing done through Bank of America at a rate of 7.85%. Absolute insanity. I was going to tell them to take a hike and go with my credit union on the financing (the CU provides 6% APR), but they had already gone through my old car trade-in and I needed the vehicle. So, I had no choice but to take the outrageous loan and of course am going to refinance even before I make the first payment. I know the dealership gets kickbacks from the banks for every customer they send their way, but guess what...they just lost a customer. Otherwise the sales rep Adnan Kahvedzic was fine. The financing manager is BOB SCHNEIDER. More
