The wait to get an oil change is insane. It would be a bit more bearable if I would at leat be able to do work but the wifi does work. I was running low on phone charge after being there a It would be a bit more bearable if I would at leat be able to do work but the wifi does work. I was running low on phone charge after being there almost 3 hrs and there is no where to charge devices. Overall, very inconvenient and thoughtless set up if you know clients will be there 2+ hours. JIM BUTLER, ESPECIALLY SERVICE ADVISOR KIM HAUSMANN WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM BUTLER. THIS TIME, I SEEMED TO HAVE SOMEWHAT OF A UNIQUE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, AND ALTHOUGH MY EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM BUTLER. THIS TIME, I SEEMED TO HAVE SOMEWHAT OF A UNIQUE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, AND ALTHOUGH MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR (9) DAYS, ONCE AGAIN I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. KIM HAUSMANN IS SUCH AN ASSET TO JIM BUTLER. I DID NOT WANT THAT TO GO UNNOTICED. More
