Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation per vehicle sales agreement. They did the oil change but didn't rotate the tires as I took pictures of tire locations before taking the vehicle in. Also had exhaust leak which I told them where it was at and still took 2 1/2 days to diagnose and order the part which took a few days to get. Communication was not very good as service guy was suppose to call and tell me when the part would be in on friday morning didn't call till friday at 5:30. More
