I had a appointment @ 1pm for oil change but had to wait 3 hours due to them not having a filter for my car. I was told to remind them to get filter before coming. Waiting area was very messy. The tv was too low to hear which was unfortunate especially when my emissions test took longer than 15 minutes. An hour and a half is too long. Fuzz was great. Finance lady was not. She took it upon herself to write my bank a nasty email which I did not appreciate at all. As far as I’m concerned, you can f Finance lady was not. I explain that to her and she argued with me. Again, that’s fine did she already with me but she should not have emailed my bank a nasty letter and bent the truth on what was told to her from the get-go. I told her my bank said I can close there. She told my bank that the bank told me that I had to close at the bank which was an untruth. She treated me like a child and I’m 50 years old. Something needs to be done about her attitude and her work ethic. More
