My salesman Brian was very good at his job and convinced me to purchase a nicer vehicle than I had really been in the market to buy. Unfortunately then I ran into the finance department. There I experienced me to purchase a nicer vehicle than I had really been in the market to buy. Unfortunately then I ran into the finance department. There I experienced a rude and obnoxious woman that did not listen to my directions. I was made to wait for almost 2 hours while she was waiting for a response from lenders that I did not want to do business with. I sent her an email telling her to supply the lender with the information that was required to complete the purchase of the vehicle. She required a personal check from me to complete the transaction before the end of the month after the end of the month. The delay was totally on her and I finally had to walk into the dealership and demand to speak to the sales manager or general manager before she FINALLY did her job. I was not happy with the deal because of her. More
