The service manager nickel dimed me to death on my truck a 2018 Silverado that I owed $15,000 on. I traded it in on a 2022 SRT and I looked on their website a few days later and they had my truck listed for $27,000. Dealers are nothing but a bunch of scammers and Liars. I will never buy another vehicle from here Jim Butler Chevrolet and I will tell my friends and family not to buy a vehicle from Jim Butler Chevrolet.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. Our records indicate that you came in with a check engine light on, also telling your advisor that you're having troubles starting your truck. We tested your vehicle and it tested for low voltage, an indication that you need a new battery, along with your battery testing bad. We cleared the codes and replaced your battery. During your visit our tech also found an update for your operating system that will keep one of the consistent codes (P12A6) away. In an effort to appease you, we covered two days of your rental. Our records indicate that you only changed your battery twice. We understand that you feel like we are not looking for the issue as to why your battery keeps dying, but we can assure you that we are doing our due diligence. We have to start with the parts that are dying and solve the issues from there along with the suggestions from GM.
