I don’t know how much profit a dealer makes on a car. Like everyone else were just trying/looking to get what we think is a fair trade or purchase. Undaunted, Matt and a sales manager stepped up, made us what I believe was a fair offer, considering issues, and we sealed the deal to everyone’s satisfaction. Stacey was polite and engaging and he moved swiftly knowing we didn’t want any extras and due to the fact we were paying cash for the difference. We appreciated his efforts. The dealership? Very well trained staff in every way you can think of regarding interactions with the public. We appreciate that too. I probably should have talked with then a long time ago but it’s tough to overcome brand loyalty. We’ve owned many, many Fords. Butler will always get first shot going forward since this is now our 4th Chevy…we weren’t “sold” a vehicle. We were sold on the service as well as the car we purchased was 1st on our list. We didn’t even bother going elsewhere. More

Yesterday at 11:45 a. m. we called the dealer because our keys got locked in a running Impala and alternate key fob did not have a battery. Parts Department stepped us thr m. we called the dealer because our keys got locked in a running Impala and alternate key fob did not have a battery. Parts Department stepped us through how to gain access to key opening hidden in door handle. He was very patient with us and stayed on the phone until we got the car door open. Truly nice human being!! We love that guy!! Really appreciated the kindness at Jim Butler Chevrolet. More
