I’ve always been happy with the service from Jim Butler but I had them do my emissions inspection so I could renew my license plates. The service tech handed me an envelope & said here’s your certificate but I had them do my emissions inspection so I could renew my license plates. The service tech handed me an envelope & said here’s your certificate for your emissions. Well I didn’t open it, I went directly to the license office and was shocked when I removed it to hand to the clerk. Apparently the printer had a major problem because the entire page was covered with black streaks. The clerk could barely read the info she needed. Obviously the service tech saw this when he folded it to put in the envelope. If I had to return to the dealer to get it replaced, I would have been even more upset. More
