Terrible experience! Had a 1245 appointment to install window vents. They ordered them. 2 1/2 hours later they came and told me they were scratched and would not ins Had a 1245 appointment to install window vents. They ordered them. 2 1/2 hours later they came and told me they were scratched and would not install. Scratching not there fault but to keep waiting that long when they said an hour is bad. Then thirty minutes later another person comes and tells me that I’m done. I say they said they w event going to install and he acted surprised. Went to see and never came back. Bought a certified Buick and thought it should be top notch, Not so much, brakes were bad from jump, had less than 5,000 the first year and all the rotors were bad.
