Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. During my investigation I learned that you were told that it would take 3-5 days for your vehicle to be diagnosed, not fixed. It even states that on your service ticket. I also learned that you didn't mention a vibration or shake when you were meeting with your advisor. When you were check in, you told your advisor that your A/C was blowing hot and windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying. While your vehicle was being looked at by the tech we learned that your vehicle had leaking struts, loose ball joints, and needed tires. You had the additional services done except for the tires. We suggest that you look into replacing your tires as this can cause a vibration. We hope that this information has been helpful. Congrats on your new purchase! Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I spoke with your salesman, Matt, and he feels awful about this review. During my investigation I learned that you did place a deposit, however, vehicles are only held for 24 hours with a deposit. The vehicle was indeed held for 24 hours and once that time lapsed someone else was on the premises seeking to purchase the same vehicle. We didn't attempt to sell the vehicle from up under you and we're sorry this is the impression you got of our communication. Our intention was to give you the option to purchase before offering it to a new customer. We apologize that you feel this was pushy.
