Took a week to get my truck in, then another week to even diagnose it, then another full week until it was repaired, leaving me without a vehicle for two of those three weeks. No loaners. More

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. And also that our procedures weren't properly explained to you. Your appointment time is not for your vehicle to be worked on. This time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service tech. When a vehicle comes in with a concern other than routine maintenance it is required to go to a journeyman tech. At the time of your appointment the journeymen were out 5-6 days. We are diligently working to improve our customer wait times. We are concerned about your comment that states that there were no loaners. Our records indicate that you took a rental for this appointment.
