I brought my Chevy Volt in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am so sorry I don't remember the name of the lady that did the paperwork prior to my car being serviced and checked me in but she was fr rotation. I am so sorry I don't remember the name of the lady that did the paperwork prior to my car being serviced and checked me in but she was friendly and professional and the process was quick and my wait wasn't that long. The machines were down so they couldn't check the alignment so I will go back to have that done. I have never been to Jim Butler before but I will be taking my car there going forward. More
