What needs to be understood is that this is how the vehicle drives, there is not an issue with your Colorado. GM has stated that this is how the vehicle can sound without there being an issue. I do understand that this can be frustrating but we are being honest when we say that there is not an issue with your vehicle. The issue is that even if thats what it is the fact that GM said they are through dealing with us…was rude. What does that mean? We didnt design the truck, we are just trying to find out what the issue was with it..that in itself was rude to say especially after purchasing several vehicles from you. No one even told us we had to pay 100 dollars for the car they gave us to drive. Jim Butler had always given us a vehicle to drive and especially since this issue had been going on since the warranty was in effect. Im on social security and so is my wife so our income is limited. We should have been informed that this time we would have to pay for the loaner as we had never paid before. If they had informed us we would not have taken the car to use while you were working on the truck. Just dont feel like we were treated fairly. A total let down from Jim Butler.
