Tyler wasn’t a good sales person. No professionalism. No social skills. I almost walked away. Didn’t explain the details on the car. Went for an Oil Change and Emissions Inspection. Had a 2 PM appointment. I arrived a bit early but they checked me in immediately. Explained that I was ready to trade so they didn't try to upsale Had a 2 PM appointment. I arrived a bit early but they checked me in immediately. Explained that I was ready to trade so they didn't try to upsale me on services I would reject at this time anyway. Gave me an estimate of 1.5 to 2 hours for completion of work. Just before the 2 hour mark, it was ready. I stayed at the dealership as they have a very nice waiting area with a cooler full of bottled water, a big screen TV, and the A/C was working which was appreciated since it was 100 degrees outside and I wasn't going to walk the lot to look at new cars. More
