The way the service is ran is absolutely ridiculous. Appt is Monday but car is not even looked at until Wednesday, and then the perosn you are dealing with won't even return your calls. Seriously debat More

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda. We do understand your frustration and understand that your time is valuable. When scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve. We do agree 100% that it is unacceptable to not get phone calls returned from your Service Advisor. We are passing on this feedback to the Service Director to take corrective action with your Service Advisor.

Thank you for your feedback, Kim. We share in your frustration with the lack of availability of rental vehicles. We wish we were able to get more vehicles from GM in order to expand our fleet, but due to the nationwide vehicle shortage, we are extremely limited in the vehicles we can get. Unfortunately, this can impact our customers. I will personally reach out to the Service Director to see why he hasn't called you and do everything in my power to have him reach out to you today. We're glad the greeter was a bright spot in your visit.
