Upon arrival, no clear directions are given & multiple bodies standing around with no directions. Appt times seem to be arbitrary, as I was forced to stand and wait for over 30 min while confirmation of a bodies standing around with no directions. The very obvious & uncomfortable (for customers) division between sales & service only adds to the unnecessary confusion & delay in providing customer service. It’s irrelevant to me, the customer, any animosity or unwillingness to work together departments may be - the service should be seamless. More
