We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays and we are even looking into adding additional shifts. Our records indicate that during your first visit there was damage to the rental that you refused to pay for, causing us to revoke your rental privileges. It was the man that checked me in Andrew Branca. Why wasn't I notified of any damage???? I didn't get a call, text or e-mail. I would have been happy to pay for the damage because I have insurance with a $500 deductible. Also, not ONE person told me about this when I dropped off my car, called and asked about getting a rental when I asked about status updates or when I picked up my car. I want to be re-imbursed minus the damage you claim I did to a previous rental. Nobody notified, NOBODY!
