I made appt and still had to wait two days before they could even look at my car. One service they said I didn't need but it is still broke. A good experience overall, they are a little busy, you kind of feel like you are being rushed to make a decision before they move on to next customer then you have to wait until they can get back to you. kind of feel like you are being rushed to make a decision before they move on to next customer then you have to wait until they can get back to you. I guess them being so busy is a good thing, means they are doing something right. On the Internet they had the best price. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle. One thing that I was disappointed in was when I went back a few weeks later to have my truck sprayed I missed their call about it being done. When I called back a few minutes later they told me it wasn’t done that they could see it. I went ahead and drove over to check and it was finished setting outside. You could tell it had been done when I called five minutes earlier. They just gave me an answer to get me off from phone. Compared to other dealers they really are better though. More

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was completed. The box was checked for tire rotation but they were not. Sent a Jim Butler "Contact Us" note the same day they completed the service. St completed. The box was checked for tire rotation but they were not.
