I am very upset with buying a new Impala with navigation that doesn't work. And after bringing it to the Service Department TWICE, to be told that it's fine and the problem is my phone is totally UNSATISFACTORY! I have a legal contract i.e. an Owner's Manual which says I have navigation. But I don't! Guess it's time to pursue legal action.
