Great people at Jim Butler! First vehicle that I have purchased there and was very impressed by everyone. We used to go to the Chevrolet dealer closer to us, but wasn’t happy with there service departmen purchased there and was very impressed by everyone. I was quoted $120 + tax for an oil change. When the oil change was done, I was charged $152 because there were extra fees that were not mentioned. No one else charges for oil disposal, not even Dobbs. I will NOT be returning to Jim Butler. An oil change at Poage Chevrolet is only $90, and they don’t charge that fee. I stopped going to them because it’s too far to drive, but I will not be returning to Jim Butler. More
