Getting in and out was impressive but I was not pleased at all with the service rate. Truck was in at 8:00 AM and done by 4:00 PM I know that it wasn't worked on continuously for the full 8 hours and labor at all with the service rate. I have never paid more than $85.00 per hour for service. I will figure out how to fix myself before I ever step foot in a dealership service dept again More

My truck did not get fixed. Called back after lunch and was told my truck wasn't there. Had to call tow company to get exact location. Then they all of a sudden found it. Didn't talk to the service advisor Mike till later that afternoon. He was a really nice guy on the phone. I went up there around 4 to get my service rental and Valerie was very nice getting my rental. But picking up my truck I felt like I was bothering them asking questions. My truck isn't fixed. Called dealer and was told they couldn't get it in right away. So now I'm driving a truck that the starter turns when I try to use the bright lights and the horn. So I have no horn, NO bright lights, and my windshield washer doesn't work, which all are required safety features. My service advisor was a guy named Mike. I was told he was off when I called up to the dealer. The girl who answered had no concern for my situation. I picked 3 Mike's bc I didn't know his last name. More
