Thank you for your feedback, Ethan. We're sorry to hear that you have had such problems with our service department. We're a bit confused, though, because it doesn't look like you have had to pay for any work to be done on your vehicle (other than this most recent time) since Feb 2019. The service that we recommended that you declined was to change the transmission fluid, which your vehicle is due for at almost 60,000 miles. We do apologize about the miscommunication about the price on cleaning the brakes though. It looks like they also needed to be adjusted, which may have been the additional cost. We will follow up with your Service Advisor to gather more information. Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and we are doing everything we can to help our customers in these uncertain times. We hope your future visits with us are faster and more pleasant.
