I expect more from Jim Butler. When I brought my car in before they even looked the service writer "Doug" warned me that he had seen a lot of cars with bad gas and it would cost me When I brought my car in before they even looked the service writer "Doug" warned me that he had seen a lot of cars with bad gas and it would cost me $1,000 dollars so "be prepared". We told him we had already replaced the plugs t that appeared to be bad. When he called me he said they had to replace the same parts we replaced to fix the issue. I said fine, but to keep the band new parts I bought. When I looked at the brand new plugs he gave back to me, they were not the same brand of parts I bought and they were full of oil and looked very used like they came from a different car. I was very shocked. My whole works in the car business to we buy nothing buy high-end parts and to see what he gave me back with very disappointing. I will not use the Jim Butler Service Dept. again. More
Very disappointed in your service dept.. they drove my vehicle in what I feel was a very reckless manor.. when I showed the driving history from the my Chevy app to the service manager I was told this app vehicle in what I feel was a very reckless manor.. when I showed the driving history from the my Chevy app to the service manager I was told this app was not very reliable. If this is the case the why do you promote it so heavily. Even if it is not reliable there is not excuse for driving a vehicle entrusted to you in a reckless manor.. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will make me think twice about using your service dept.. on the plus side I cannot say enough about my salesman Eric Ruchala.. he is the best and I will continue to see him and only him for all my vehicle purchases and I tell EVERYONE who is car shopping to go see him!!! More

Multi point check is not done but checked off the report you get. Left the dealer ship and engine light came before getting off the parking lot. My daughter purchased a 2021 trailblazer. She wanted the floor mat for the trunk that goes up the back of the seat. The instructions call for poking holes in the back of the seat. I called parts and they referred me to service because none of the holes line up. Service replied with well it’s a part problem because that’s where it came from and transferred me back. Parts department was helpful service was not. They agreed holes don’t line up. We ended up getting a mat that doesn’t go up the back of the seat. More
