Thank you for your feedback, Tracey. We looked into this situation and spoke with the technician that worked on your vehicle. He specifically remembers taking the aftermarket ones that were in the vehicle out and replacing them with the OEM plugs. We also confirmed this on surveillance footage. We take this accusation of giving you back different parts than were in your vehicle very seriously. We aren't sure where you got the aftermarket plugs installed, but we would recommend speaking with them, as we provided you with the ones that were in your vehicle at service.

Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Tyz. I'm sorry to hear that you were upset with your recent service experience. You actually spoke with me, not a Service Manager, regarding the driving history that showed on your MyChevrolet app. As I mentioned, it is not that the app is not reliable, it is that the app does not specifically indicate what constitutes as a hard stop or a hard acceleration. As I said during our conversation, these events could be cause by normal driving circumstances, such as traffic. The average speed of the vehicle was actually lower than expected for the vehicle being taken to the other location down the road. I apologize that this information was not more clearly communicated. Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We're very sorry to hear that there were communication issues between our Service and Parts department which caused frustration to you and your daughter. While we understand your frustration, Service was correct in stating that they would likely not have knowledge of the problems with parts; at least not as much as parts would. The individuals that you speak with in Service are Service Advisors that do not have mechanical training and would not be familiar with this kind of problem unless they had personally already encountered it. We are glad parts was able to order you an alternative floor mat. We will speak with our service and parts departments about making sure there is better communication so we can better assist our customers going forward.
