Thank you for your feedback, Dennis. We are sorry to hear that you're upset with the outcome of your recent visits with us. We looked back at your history and we did notice that the problem with the airbag that we addressed in March was fixed at that visit. We had to do another diagnostic for the repair in case there was something else wrong (which there was). We did not charge you the full diagnostic for the most recent visit- normally $155. Additionally, the diagnostic charge is put towards the cost of repairs, should you choose to get the repairs completed here, not charged in addition. We want to try to help you if possible, so we will still honor that if you get the repairs completed in the next two weeks (by 7/9/20) we will put the diagnostic charge from your visit on 6/17/20 towards repairs. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Our normal wait time for this service is 90 minutes, but to comply with recent pandemic orders, we have reduced our staff accordingly. This has unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience with us. We looked back at your history and the kit that you purchased was a leveling kit, not a lift kit. The leveling kit lifts the front end to make it level across the bed, rather than having the nose of the vehicle lower than the back. With the kit being put on we do an alignment on the vehicle, but if your vehicle is pulling we are more than happy to take a look at it to make sure your alignment is good.
