Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Shawn. We understand your frustration with us not being able to get the problem you are experiencing to happen for us. We did try to drive the vehicle with the windows up and down, at different speeds, with the HVAC on and off, and checked for any leaks in the vehicle. Unfortunately, if we cannot get the problem to act up or a leak to show, we are unable to fix something because we cannot accurately diagnose it. We hope we will be able to get your vehicle to act up for us sometime in the future so we can fix this problem for you.

Visual evidence wasn't enough for you? Please Explain what is splattered all over the inside of the engine compartment and hood then? Are you stating that this is normal for Chevrolet Vehicles? Since the Visual evidence is clearly obvious I think it would be fair to work out a return or exchange.

Mr. Ryan, My response was referencing the technician's notes for the repair of your vehicle. Unfortunately, unless we are able to actively see something leaking (fluids coming out of somewhere they shouldn't in the vehicle) we are unable to know where the fluid is coming from in order to fix the leak. This is not something that is common in GM vehicles, but we do care about our customers and understand that this is a concern to you. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Mr./Mrs. Miller. The price that you were given for your maintenance work on your last visit did include the labor charges, but it did not include HAZMAT fees/taxes. This is standard in the industry and we do have large signs up in the Service Drive notifying our customers of these charges. We are sorry that the rebate process was not more clearly communicated to you. The rebates have to be sent in online at mycertifiedservicerebates.com. Theresa in our Customer Relations Department has emailed you a copy of your Repair Order with the parts numbers that you will need to send in for the rebates. It looks like you are eligible for even more rebates than just for the air filters, so great news there! The rebates will more than reimburse you for the HAZMAT fee/taxes that you paid during your services.
