Problem Unresolved Have had my Used Certified 2016 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ for service on Multiple occasions for my expressed concerns of some sort of anti-freeze gaseous Have had my Used Certified 2016 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ for service on Multiple occasions for my expressed concerns of some sort of anti-freeze gaseous smell getting into the cabin of my vehicle. You can taste and smell upon ignition. There is clear indication of something wrong when you look under the hood of the vehicle as there is a residue sprayed all over the engine compartment as well as the hood of the vehicle. On all occasions that I have had the vehicle in they have stated they cannot find anything.??? I would like to check my options for exchanging or returning this vehicle. We have had this vehicle for less than 6 months. Thank you, Shawn Ryan More

My heart was warmed by the graciousness and efforts made on my behalf by Alex and Scott, but when I returned five days after the sale with a pebble-ca My heart was warmed by the graciousness and efforts made on my behalf by Alex and Scott, but when I returned five days after the sale with a pebble-caused small crack from a salt truck, the maintenance fellow (a young guy with longish wavy hair) was rude and dismissive. He failed to offer a spray of silicone or whatever to keep the small windshield crack from spreading, and this is the second time I've had an unfriendly experience with your maintenance guys. I do appreciate the personal time Scott and Alex gave, however. More

I was under the impression that the labor was included in the price given. Also I didn't receive rebates discussed on filters that I had replaced. Probably will not have service performed again. Made appointment ten days prior so I only had to make one trip since I live 100 miles away. Finishing the recall will take another trip, this was not explained at the initial contact I made or when I checked trip since I live 100 miles away.
