Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, William. We understand that it is never fun to have to get maintenance done vehicles. We took a look at your history with us and we wanted to let you know that the recall that was done on your vehicle on 12/17/19 was just reprogramming the brake system, not actually touching the brakes at all. What we did notice, too, is that you likely needed brakes back then, but we missed it. The cost for brakes would have been the same then as it was on your 2/3/20 visit, but we understand that it may have been beneficial to know that brakes needed to be addressed soon, rather than when it is needed immediately. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Craig. We do apologize for the longer than usual wait time for your oil change package, alignment and tire fill. Our normal wait time for this service is 2 hours, but our high volume of customers unfortunately resulted in longer than usual wait times on the day you visited us. We are constantly working improve wait times for our customers and have cut back on scheduled appointments to attempt to rectify this problem.
