Scott has great knowledge about the Bolt and even the changes for the 2020 which is impressive considering the dealership overwhelmingly sells Silverados, Equinox, and other trucks/SUVs from Chevy's line-up. Tara from finance explained everything to my satisfaction and I left very satisfied knowing I got a great deal and had my most seamless sales engagement. Tim, sales manager, was available throughout the process and followed through on the very attractive pricing I came in on. This dealership is managed by arrogant, uncaring individuals who do not deserve your business. The service manager has anger management issues and is sexist. Every response I have gotten from them has been contradictory and I think ultimately they are just trying to blame the customer into submitting out of pure confusion. More
