I looked at your inventory and found what I thought I wanted. I contacted sales and was connected to Matt Vallee. Matt answered each and every question I had. Matt and I worked out a tentative deal on the phone, on a Saturday. I told Matt I would be there on Monday. When I arrived there had been a snow storm(5-7 inches). Matt and crew were waiting outside and cleared the snow for us to park. When we went in, Matt showed us the restrooms and snack area. The paperwork went very smooth. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt. If all of the Jim Butler personnel is on par with Matt you have a wining team. If I ever need another vehicle, I know where to go. I have already started telling my friends where I got my Silverado. JIM BUTLER ROCKS!!!!! THE PRICE IS RIGHT More
Communicate! I will start with Mike was great and made sure my car was done. However I dropped off my car at 8:45 for a 9am appointment for emissions and new tires. I was picked up after being told it would be about 3 hours. I then came back about 10:40 because it was snowing and I didn't want my family to be out if it got worse. I let the ladies know to tell Mike I was back and would be waiting as I told him I left and to call when it was done. The lady told me she would like him know. I then saw Mike a little after 12 and asked if the Tahoe was about done. He returned to let me know the tires had just arrived and it would be quite some time. I was shocked (he was too) that no one knew the tires were not there and my car had been sitting there. So Mike got me shuttled home and I called to ask to speak with a manager, who never called me back. I then called again about 3 to check on the car, but would be done soon. It was still being worked on. So I called back at 3:45 to see how it was and that I wanted to get the car. I was then told there were problems with getting the tires on and they were working on the first tire and trying to get it on. Magically at 4:30 it was done. Mike was very sorry about the problems and I do feel as though he was honest however I have not had a great experience with this dealer's service department. It would have been nice to have been offered a free oil change or something for the delay and miscommunication. More

Service That Cares I appreciate going to Jim Butler Chevrolet for my vehicle’s service because all of the staff are kind. On this visit I just came for an oil change. Th I appreciate going to Jim Butler Chevrolet for my vehicle’s service because all of the staff are kind. On this visit I just came for an oil change. They ”person”alize business though. For example, the staff member that assisted me asked how my tire was since my last visit a couple of months ago. This small question had a big impact. I felt remembered and that the staff really shared my concerns about my vehicle. The member also informed me about the need to do another repair while I was their. This was not his attempt to sell me something I did not need. He showed me the visual maintenance schedule for my type of vehicle and it did indicate that this service was warranted at the mileage I had achieved on my car. This showed me he really did care about my car. The staff have not ever tried to push anything unneeded on me related to service. They value their customer’s autonomy, but will inform you about things that are in your and your vehicle’s best interest. For example, a previous staff member that had assisted me on a previous visit (She remembered me this time of course), gave me valuable advice on being selective with the type of oil I get if I were to get my oil changed outside of the dealer, as the use of certain oils could void my vehicle’s warranty. This just demonstrates that the staff are really looking out for you as a consumer! Their awesome service is aimed at keeping us as consumers informed. More
Part shortage due to strike, Overall a happy experience So they did a good job under the circumstances. Due to the parts shortage it was 5 weeks from the diagnostic visit to the actual repair. Did have an issue at drop off, they always try to up sell you another service and what should be a 10-15 minute drop off turns into 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. So they need to be more conscious of their customer's time. More

An oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection should not take that long. I have been to other Chevy dealerships that have done the same exact service in 45 minutes, less than half the time it took Jim Butler. I will not be back for any other service in the future. More
2.5 hour oil change, and I arrived at my scheduled time. I had scheduled my oil change for 3 PM on Friday. I arrived on time, and was ushered in. One of the first things I was told was that they were backed I had scheduled my oil change for 3 PM on Friday. I arrived on time, and was ushered in. One of the first things I was told was that they were backed up and that it would be around 2.5 hours until my car would be ready. I said, "it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call to warn me of this to possibly schedule a different appointment." I understand that places get backed up, but if you can't handle your load of appointments, don't schedule so many. The intake woman was nice and apologetic, and I don't think this was her fault. She said they had a shuttle service that would take me around if I needed to run errands in the area. If they can afford a shuttle to take people around then they can afford to either cut back on their scheduled appointments or hire more mechanics. The last time I was there it took around 80 minutes to get my oil change, and I expected that. Its absurd that they expect people to wait around for 2.5 hours to get a routine oil change, without any warning. Do better, and have some consideration for the time of your customers. More
Service and Sales I gave a 5 out of 5 stars to the sales and service team because of their consistency with amazing customer service. Kyle Stahlman was the best car rep I gave a 5 out of 5 stars to the sales and service team because of their consistency with amazing customer service. Kyle Stahlman was the best car representative I‘ve ever worked with and his patience and willingness to do anything to help me find the right truck was fantastic. Also, Alex Cox (new car manager) was great to work with at the end of the deal. All in all Jim Butler is the place to buy a SUV, car, or truck! Very pleased! More
