Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Jamesley. We shared in your surprise and frustration regarding how long it took to get the tire to the dealership. Unfortunately, there was an error in our inventory system with your tires. The inventory system showed that we had all 4 tires in stock, but there was only 3 so we had to get that 4th tire brought in. We do understand that shouldn't have brought additional inconvenience to you, and we do again apologize. We did actually give you free road hazard insurance for the tires which normally comes with a charge, but we are also happy to provide your next oil change for you. We have made additional notes in our system to reflect that, but if there are every any problems going forward, please reach out to Theresa in our Customer Relations Department at theresa@jimbutlerchevrolet.com or 636-717-3017.
